If you have a poor appetite or just pushed for time in the morning, this smoothie is so quick and simple to make.
It is also a great recipe to make as a snack during the day, or after exercise.
All you need is a hand blender (or a full blender if you have one) and a glass ready to go
1/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup yoghurt
1/3 cup soy milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place all ingredients into the blender and mix
To Vary the Flavours Include Milk and Yoghurt and Substitute the Banana and Blueberries for;
Banana and Date (cut the dates up prior to mixing in blender)
Banana and Honey
Any combination of Stone Fruit
Banana and Oats (More substantial and higher protein)
Peanut Butter and Dates (Cut dates up prior to mixing in blender)
