Today I went to an incredible yoga session for 2 hours. An intense 75 minute of vinyasa followed by 45 minutes of a gong session (more on this later). On my way home I stopped by Waterstones Bookstore to have a browse. As life would have it, I stumbled upon my new cookbook crush, Beautifully Real Food.
Beautifully Real Food, Sam Murphy
Based in Melbourne, Sam Murphy has just launched her first cookbook Beautifully Real Food. The book launched on the 23rd February. Already it has made it to the front table at the Sloane Square Waterstones.
Sam follows a vegan diet but you would never guess from the outset that all of the recipes in this book are vegan. There are a huge variety with over 100 recipes and all produced in her own little kitchen over the past year. The presentation and food photography are beautiful, as are the recipes Sam is sharing with the world.
