I rate smoothies a lot higher than juices. Firstly, because of the simplicity of throwing everything together and blending it up and secondly as there is no waste, unlike juices.
- 4 stalks of kale
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1 cup coconut water
- Chop kale and spinach into small pieces and place in the blender
- Add pineapple and cover with coconut water
- Pulse a few times then place on high and blend until smooth
