Green Breakfast Smoothie

I rate smoothies a lot higher than juices. Firstly, because of the simplicity of throwing everything together and blending it up and secondly as there is no waste, unlike juices.



  • 4 stalks of kale
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cup coconut water


  1. Chop kale and spinach into small pieces and place in the blender
  2. Add pineapple and cover with coconut water
  3. Pulse a few times then place on high and blend until smooth

Serves 4
