One evening at home, searching for something sweet, yet healthy treat for dessert, I remembered seeing fellow Dietitian, Heidi Sze’s, delicious Salted Tahini Caramel Topping. It is quick, easy and is a true salted caramel flavour. Heidi serves it will homemade banana vanilla bean, I however served it on top of five:am organic vanilla bean yoghurt.
